Applying and submitting documents electronically is easiest for most students. When applying, please submit the following:
- Completed online application via the Alvernia
- Evidence of high school completion/graduation. Evidence can include high school transcripts, diploma, GED scores or equivalent. This requirement may be waived if an official college transcript is provided validating the completion of 15 credits or more from an accredited school.

- A cumulative 2.0 GPA or higher is required
- A photocopy of current Pennsylvania registered nurse license (submit after NCLEX is completed, for RN to BSN applicants only)
- DD214 and Certificate of Eligibility for Veteran Students utilizing military benefits
