Parents Association and Helpful Resources

MISSION

To connect families to the campus and to each other while enhancing the college experience for our students.

By acting as ambassadors of the University, association members advocate for a great student experience, support the University through the Alvernia Fund, assist with the recruitment of future Alvernians and give parents a parents a voice and a role aligned with the Franciscan values of the University.

Your student is off at college. But that’s not the end. We encourage you to continue to play an important role in their life. We hope you find this list of publications and websites helpful as you gather information and guide your student if they need assistance. Plus, please reference this web page /current-students regarding any questions you may have.
